SEiSC
Il progetto intende potenziare la capacità degli Istituti Tecnici e Professionali di insegnare agli studenti un pensiero imprenditoriale sostenibile, migliorando la loro occupabilità. Il progetto si propone di instaurare un dialogo tra le istituzioni e le imprese di abbigliamento ecosostenibile attraverso un approccio intersettoriale e scenari pratici di simulazione. L’insegnamento adattivo, attraverso l’utilizzo di algoritmi di intelligenza artificiale e strumenti digitali, consente infatti agli insegnanti di migliorare le loro competenze pratiche attraverso metodologie di apprendimento attivo e il pensiero sistemico. Il progetto è in linea con il Green Deal dell’UE, il Piano d’azione per l’istruzione digitale 2021-2027, l’obiettivo 4 “Istruzione di qualità” e l’obiettivo 8 “Lavoro dignitoso e crescita economica” dell’Agenda ONU 2030 e la strategia dello Spazio europeo dell’istruzione entro il 2025. Il progetto affronta le aree critiche e le priorità per lo sviluppo sostenibile, il problema dell’inadeguatezza delle competenze, ma anche i temi dell’innovazione e della digitalizzazione; permette ai partner di esplorare, progettare e testare concetti e prodotti basati sul riciclo, il riutilizzo e la riduzione dei rifiuti, contribuendo così allo sviluppo dell’economia circolare, al raggiungimento delle finalità del Green Deal e alla creazione di nuovi percorsi di apprendimento, basati sulle tecnologie digitali, nell’ambito dell’Istruzione e la formazione professionale (VET).

Contesto del progetto e analisi dei bisogni
Il progetto consente ai partner di esplorare, progettare e testare concetti e prodotti basati sul riciclo, il riutilizzo e la riduzione dei rifiuti, contribuendo all’economia circolare, alle priorità del Green Deal e a nuovi percorsi di apprendimento digitalizzati per gli istituti di Istruzione e Formazione Professionale. Emergono quattro bisogni nei sistemi educativi dell’UE:
- Gli Istituti Professionali devono adattare la loro offerta formativa, le loro pratiche e la loro pedagogia per riflettere le esigenze attuali e future del mercato del lavoro, consentendo agli studenti di essere cittadini sostenibili e con competenze qualificate per l’occupabilità. La società odierna sta cambiando rapidamente e il World Economic Forum aveva stimato che nel 2020 il 40% delle persone sul mercato del lavoro avrebbe avuto bisogno di percorsi di riqualificazione e aggiornamento.
- Gli insegnanti hanno bisogno di competenze digitali aggiornate per garantire che l’IA sia efficace nell’aiutare gli studenti.
- Gli Istituti Professionali devono costruire relazioni con settori aziendali altamente innovativi che utilizzano modelli di business sostenibili allineati con il Circular economy Action Plan e con le politiche nazionali ed europee, come la strategia dell’UE nel settore del tessile (adottata il 30/03/2022).
- Gli Istituti Professionali devono agire in modo proattivo per cogliere i benefici della transizione verde e contribuire efficacemente all’Agenda europea per le competenze per la competitività sostenibile, l’equità sociale e la resilienza, integrando la sostenibilità ambientale e sociale nei loro programmi e nella gestione organizzativa, contribuendo così all’attuazione degli Obiettivi di sviluppo sostenibile delle Nazioni Unite.

The words of Mattia Bucalossi, a student at IIS Benvenuto Cellini in Florence, describe the teamwork behind the winning video of the European Contest within the SEiSC – Sustainable Entrepreneurship in Smart Clothing project 🇪🇺
The initiative involved three departments and five classes, each contributing a different part: some worked on ideas and graphics, while others focused on filming and post-production 🎥💡. It was a shared effort that combined creativity, skills and passion, showing how collaboration can turn into innovation.
