El objetivo del proyecto es mejorar la capacidad de los centros de formación profesional para enseñar a los estudiantes un pensamiento empresarial sostenible que mejore su empleabilidad. Conecta las instituciones con organizaciones de confección sostenible utilizando un enfoque intersectorial a través de escenarios prácticos de simulación. Mediante el uso de algoritmos de IA y la digitalización, la enseñanza adaptativa permite a los profesores mejorar sus habilidades prácticas a través de metodologías de aprendizaje activo y pensamiento sistémico. El proyecto se alinea con el Green Deal de la UE, el Plan de Acción de Educación Digital 2021-2027, el ODS4 “Educación de calidad”, el ODS8 “Trabajo decente y crecimiento económico” y la estrategia del Espacio Europeo de Educación para 2025. Aborda áreas críticas y prioridades para el desarrollo sostenible, la innovación, la digitalización y las habilidades inadecuadas, permitiendo a los socios explorar, diseñar y probar conceptos y productos basados en el reciclaje, la reutilización y la reducción de residuos, contribuyendo a la economía circular, las prioridades del Green Deal y las nuevas vías de aprendizaje digitalizadas para la educación y formación profesional (EFP).
EL OBJETIVO

- Institutos de Educación y Formación Profesional (EFP) en multimedia y moda, moda y electrónica, sector tecnológico maquinaria, y electricidad-electrónica, marketing y publicidad.
- Profesores de Educación y Formación Profesional (EFP).
- Estudiantes de Educación y Formación Profesional (EFP).
- Empresas del sector de la ropa sostenible e inteligente.

ANTECEDENTES DEL PROYECTO Y ANÁLISIS DE LAS NECESIDADES
El proyecto permite a los socios explorar, diseñar y probar conceptos y productos basados en el reciclaje, la reutilización y la reducción de residuos, contribuyendo a la economía circular, las prioridades del Green Deal y las nuevas vías de aprendizaje digitalizadas para la EFP. Surgen 4 necesidades en los sistemas educativos de la UE:
- Los centros de FP deben adaptar su oferta educativa, sus prácticas y su pedagogía para reflejar las necesidades reales y futuras del mercado laboral, permitiendo a los estudiantes ser sostenibles y empleables. La sociedad actual está cambiando rápidamente, y el Foro Económico Mundial estimó en 2020 que el 40% de las personas en el mercado laboral necesitarán vías de reciclaje y mejora de sus cualificaciones.
- Los profesores necesitan competencias digitales actualizadas para garantizar que la IA sea eficaz a la hora de ayudar a los estudiantes.
- Los centros de FP deben establecer relaciones con sectores empresariales altamente innovadores que utilicen modelos de negocio sostenibles alineados con el Plan de Acción de Economía Circular y las políticas nacionales y europeas, como la estrategia de la UE para textiles sostenibles y circulares (adoptada el 30/03/2022).
- Los centros de EFP deben actuar de forma proactiva para aprovechar los beneficios de la transición ecológica y contribuir eficazmente a la Agenda Europea de Competencias para la competitividad sostenible, la justicia social y la resiliencia, incorporando la sostenibilidad medioambiental y social en sus programas y en la gestión de sus organizaciones, contribuyendo así a la consecución de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de las Naciones Unidas.

During the SEiSC – Sustainable Entrepreneurship in Smart Clothing project meeting in Granada 🇪🇸, we spoke with Raija Salo from Lounais-Hämeen Koulutuskuntayhtymä (LHKK), the Finnish lead and executive organisation of the project.
💬 With a touch of humour, Raija says she asked Artificial Intelligence to answer on her behalf, and AI perfectly described how the teacher training pathway will help VET teachers become true adaptive coaches.
🧑🏫 Through this pathway, teachers will gain confidence in using virtual simulations and AI, learn to embed sustainability and entrepreneurship into their teaching, and develop the ability to personalise learning for diverse students fully.
🌍 They will also earn a certification and join an international community of practice, leaving the programme with both new skills and formal recognition.
